Ellen! I’m so grateful for this podcast (all of them really)! I’m convinced the secret to my healthful success is living by these three precepts since I was a teenager! What’s more is that as a woman who has sought to overcome disordered eating her entire life, this podcast shed a much needed, long prayed for light on the way I see myself. I AM a fit woman with exceptional habits and it IS perfectly wonderful and acceptable that my body will never grace the cover of Shape magazine but it will carry me into the second half of my life with strength and tenacity! Yay Ellen! I do all 3 and have since the early 80's when I was in a my 20's and now I'm 62! You are right on all 3. I may be hard on myself as far as body image but I am petite, physically fit and agree in the importance of what you just spoke of!
