It’s basil season in much of the world, and that means copious amounts of homemade pesto.
This all sounds delicious — I’m inspired to make some walnut pesto on this rainy afternoon!
May I ask why we should avoid eating soy? I consume a lot of tofu and enjoy unsalted edamame. Are these harmful/toxic?
From what I've read, most modern day soy is gmo and heavily modified and stresses the digestive system.
I think edamame might be an exception though.
Good morning, I did a little research to see if I could find an organic and non-GMO tofu. Nasoya brand is both organic and non-GMO so hopefully that is a healthier option?
