Such an interesting post! Binaural beats and 528 hz new to me, thanks for sharing. I struggle with sleep and am hoping to add this to my toolbox for relaxing at bedtime. Thank you!

I’ve been listening to birdsong infused relaxation music for 30+ years — as an alarm, to do morning yoga/stretches to, to dress for the day, when driving, and to wind down at the end of the day. My favorite source is Dan Gibson — he has collections called “Songbird Symphony”, “Songbirds at Sunrise”, “Songbirds at Sunset”, “Forest Piano”, and “Piano Cascades”. You can search Pandora music for Dan Gibson and will be treated to a delightful array of peaceful, calming nature-inspired music infused with birdsong, water sounds, and other utterly soothing sounds. Also an excellent background for desk work! Breathe deeply, drop your shoulders, release your jaw and enjoy!

Fascinating, I was just reading a book about polyvagal theory and it definitely emphasizes the importance of sound. Can't wait for Miracle Tone!

Love this post! I was feeling over-stimulated in January and wrote a post to remind myself about how much sound heals and grounds me.

I haven't listened to binaural beats yet. I'm looking forward to trying that soon.

I listen to solfeggio frequencies & sound baths often (especially with Tibetan or crystal bowls). And when I need something a little different I turn to music with repetitive phrases. Currently I like to listen to “Chant: The Human & The Holy” by LeAnne Rimes and “Love Dimension” by Beautiful Chorus.

Definitely looking forward to the "Miracle Tone Workout"

"See" you there!
